Unless otherwise noted, we ship USPS Priority Mail so your package will arrive within 2-3 days once we send it out.
Especially fragile or larger items, we ship through FedEx or UPS.
We will ship international items through the US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail International. This is the cheapest international shipping available. Though we will package your item extremely well, we cannot guarantee its safe or timely arrival! If you prefer Priority Mail Express International (which will be more expensive, but faster), please send us an email to request a shipping quote.
Furniture is shipped to the continental US only through Greyhound Package Express to your local station. They will contact you once your package has arrived, and you will arrange pickup or delivery from that point. If door delivery is available in your area, you can add that on for an additional charge.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We take great care to accurately describe the condition of item in each listing, and take pictures to show the condition of the item. As such we do not accept returns unless the item you received is grossly misrepresented by our listing. In such case, contact us with the issue and we will work out a resolution.
If you decide to return an item that was described accurately, then you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded. If your purchase included free shipping, the refunded amount will be less the actual shipping costs paid by us of your original order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be well-packaged to ensure safe arrival and delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Clothing may not be returned due to poor fit as we take great care to provide accurate measurements! If you have a question about a specific measurement or need to see more photos, we will be happy to accommodate your request! Vintage clothing fits very differently than modern clothing and is usually sized larger than we would expect today. For instance, if you wear a size 6 in today's measurements, you may need to look for vintage sizes 10-12.
How to measure yourself:
Bust: measure over the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra.
Waist: measure around the smallest point of your waist where it naturally curves in.
Hip: measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Length: measure from the top of your shoulder, where a normal shoulder seam would lie, down the front, to the point you want the garment to end at the hem.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
As each item in our store is unique, exchanges for other items are not allowed. If you return an item for refund, and want something else from the shop, it must be purchased separately along with any applicable shipping fees.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact the gift giver before trying to return the item. In the event we accept a return of a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, less any applicable shipping fees. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and description of the item you purchased. We will provide you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
