Vintage Primitive Style Oil Decanter

This is a primitive style American clay pitcher, probably used for oil. It is quite small and likely used a cork topper originally. Has a notch cut out of the spout, possibly for burping fermenting liquid.

Has some hairline fractures but does hold and pour liquid with no chips or cracks. The top half is glazed with a small amount of paint decorating each side.
