Vintage black metal bench with tufted velvet seat cushion. Perfect for the foot of the bed, or an entryway as a place to sit while putting on your shoes. Has a low shelf where shoes can be stored too. A classic, minimal mid century piece!

Cushion does not attach, just sits on top. Cushion is upholstered in a rust colored velvet. Both sides are tufted and are in excellent condition with no rips or stains. Black metal bench does have a lot of breakage on one side of the bench, where the seat grate has separated from the frame. I had a welder go in and spot-weld a couple areas to make it more secure, but there are still plenty of spots where the seat is separated from the frame. For this reason, it's not a good idea to plop down your full weight on this side of the bench! Either sit gently or keep it in a kids room, or in an area that won't get too much traffic. Price reflects this defect.
